About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Art and Visual Professionals to support a project focused on the curation and evaluation of aesthetic visual content . You’ll apply your artistic expertise to select and critique images based on visual quality, originality, composition, and creative impact , helping provide high-quality input for next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required — your visual and artistic expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate curated collections of aesthetic images for visual quality and creative value.
• Select images demonstrating strong composition, lighting, color, styling, originality, and technical execution .
• Provide clear written reasoning and constructive feedback for selections and critiques.
• Collaborate with visual specialists and project trainers to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Evaluate diverse visual genres and formats while following evolving project guidelines.
• Contribute to diverse, high-quality datasets that reflect refined aesthetic and artistic judgment .

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in visual curation, photography, art direction, graphic design, illustration, or related visual fields .
• Strong visual discernment and ability to identify high-quality composition, lighting, color, and originality.
• Portfolio or proven track record demonstrating artistic judgment and visual quality .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience evaluating, selecting, or critiquing images or visual content .
• Awareness of visual trends, cultural references, and emerging aesthetics .
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet project deliverables remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with visual curation, creative direction, photography, design, or image evaluation .
• Strong ability to articulate nuanced artistic and aesthetic judgments .
• Experience working with diverse visual styles, formats, or creative projects.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation of $35–$105/hour.
• Independent contractor engagement.
• Approximately 20 positions available.
