Amazon Flexs Service Level Standards (SLS) team is seeking a Regulatory Program Manager to join our Strategy function. Our team is responsible for ensuring Amazon Flexs enforcement programs are compliant with evolving regulatory requirements across every jurisdiction we operate in and for building readiness ahead of new regulatory launches so that compliance is in place before day one. As a Regulatory Program Manager you will closely partner with our Legal teams to program manage the end-to-end regulatory launch for new and evolving delivery partner regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Youll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional implementation and ensuring Amazon Flex is fully compliant ahead of go-live deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of public policy legal product and operations - shaping how Amazon Flex responds to a rapidly changing global regulatory landscape. - 5 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
