Looking for a hands-on career in construction? Join a growing drainage contractor installing agricultural and commercial drainage tile systems throughout Southern Minnesota.
This role is ideal for individuals with construction, excavation, farming, landscaping, utility, or heavy equipment experience who enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a team that takes pride in building critical infrastructure that improves land productivity and water management.
No drainage experience? We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
As a Construction General Laborer, you will support drainage tile installation crews by assisting with site preparation, material handling, equipment operations, and installation activities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
