We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable professional to support our Americas Shared Service Center. We are looking for someone who goes beyond transactional processing. The ideal candidate is technology-savy, embraces automations, identifies opportunities for improvement and actively contributes to growth and transformation of our Shared Service Center. The position may be located in any of the US sites: Indianapolis, IN, Clayton, NC, Greensboro, NC or Charlotte, NC.
You will ensure appropriate approvals and coding prior to posting invoices into the ERP systems.
You will prepare weekly cash requirements and sumbit for approva as well as executing payments according to schedule and controls.
You will maintain vendor management data (Tax ID forms, banking details, payment terms).
You are committed to resolving vendor inquiries and discrepancies.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
You have already proven Accounts Payable experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
You have a high attention to detail and accuracy with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
